Gluten Free Star Trek Crispies

These are made with Chex, because my roommate has incredibly srs celiac and rice crispies have gluten in them (I had no idea!). We ate them and they were tasty.

Very very not hard! I didn't burn myself or get set on fire or anything!!

In addition to that I melted down some dark chocolate chips (some kinds have gluten in them I think so I checked the ingredients) in order to make the little designs.

I like the comment about how they don't get all hard like normal rice krispy treats!

They don't! They were really good for a few days after I made them and they never got hard and gross, so there you are ^_^
